Our involvement can begin with the search for the right property or with a residence already owned. In either case, every decision is considered as part of one coherent whole.
Based in Paris, we undertake selected residential projects in the capital and within approximately three hours of the city.

We begin with the way you want to live.
Together, we define the location, type of property, budget, timing and architectural priorities that will shape the project.
Drawing on our network and knowledge of the market, we identify properties that correspond to the brief, including selected off-market opportunities.
Each property is considered not only for what it is, but for what it could become: its proportions, light, setting, architectural character and long-term potential.
Before any commitment is made, we assess the property’s layout potential, general condition, anticipated renovation costs and known technical constraints.
We coordinate the review of the relevant documents and support the negotiation and acquisition process through to the final signing.
Design & Deliver
04. Architecture
We rethink the layout around the way the residence will be lived in, then develop the materials, lighting, joinery, kitchens, bathrooms and decorative direction.
Throughout the works, we coordinate the different trades and remain closely involved on site, maintaining continuity between the original design intent and its execution.
Once the architectural work is complete, we coordinate the final layer of the residence: furniture, lighting, window treatments, art placement, linens, tableware and accessories.
Where required, we can also arrange utilities, insurance, internet, technology, final cleaning and selected home services before arrival.

1. What does Appartement Privé’s bespoke service include?
Our bespoke service brings property assessment, acquisition guidance, interior architecture, renovation coordination, furnishing and final installation together under one direction. We can become involved before a property is acquired or begin with a residence you already own. The scope is defined around the property, the way you intend to live and the level of completion required.
3. Can you begin with a residence we already own?
Yes. Many projects begin with an existing residence. We first study how the property is currently organised, how you wish to live and which architectural qualities should be preserved or revealed. From there, we define the layout, materials, lighting, joinery, kitchens, bathrooms, furnishing and practical requirements as one coherent project.
5. Where do you undertake residential projects?
We are based in Paris and undertake selected projects in the capital and in locations within approximately three hours of the city. Each opportunity is considered according to the character of the property, the scope of the work and our ability to remain closely involved throughout design, execution and installation.
2. Can you help us find and assess a property before we buy?
Yes. The search begins with a clear brief covering location, scale, budget, timing and architectural priorities. Potential properties are considered for their proportions, natural light, setting, condition and capacity for transformation. Transactional, legal and technical matters are coordinated with the relevant licensed and regulated professionals, while we keep the property decision and future renovation aligned from the outset.
4. Can you manage a renovation while we live outside France?
Yes. Appartement Privé is particularly suited to clients who cannot be present in France throughout the project. Design decisions can be prepared through clear presentations and remote meetings, while site coordination, procurement and installation are managed locally. The aim is to give you a consistent point of contact and a clear view of the project without requiring your presence for every decision.
6. What does turnkey delivery mean in practice?
Turnkey delivery extends beyond the completion of building works. According to the project, it may include furniture, lighting, window treatments, art placement, linens, tableware and household essentials, together with utilities, insurance, internet, technology, final cleaning and selected home services. The objective is a residence prepared in full before its owners arrive.
