The Founders
Appartement Privé was founded by Ines Olaechea and Cyril de La Forest Divonne around a shared belief: architecture and real estate should work together from the very beginning of a project.
Ines brings a real-estate investor's perspective to each project. Through her work in Paris residential property, she has led acquisitions, renovations and apartment repositionings, combining a rigorous understanding of value and potential with a strong sensitivity to architecture, materials and the way a home is lived in.
This allows Appartement Privé to consider the property and its future transformation together from the outset.
Cyril de La Forest Divonne is an interior architect with more than fifteen years of experience and founder of Atelier de La Forest Divonne.
Supported by integrated construction teams, he carries projects from spatial design and technical development through site execution and final delivery.
Together, they offer private clients a more considered way into Paris living.
