Their complementary backgrounds bring real estate, architecture and execution together from the very beginning.

Ines approaches each property through both its potential and the way it will ultimately be lived in.

Through Madeleine Capital, she acquires, transforms and repositions Parisian properties, developing a particular understanding of value, potential and the decisions that matter before an acquisition is made.

At Appartement Privé, she leads property search, assessment and negotiation. Alongside Cyril, she is also closely involved in the creative direction of each project, from furniture and decorative choices to the final styling of the home.

Cyril has spent more than fifteen years designing and delivering residential interiors, with a particular focus on proportion, materials, craftsmanship and the way a home is lived in.

Through Atelier De La Forest Divonne, he brings together architecture, interior design and execution, supported by experienced teams and a trusted network of specialist craftsmen.

At Appartement Privé, he leads the architectural vision and technical delivery of each project. Alongside Ines, he also shapes the broader creative direction, from materials and bespoke elements to furniture and the final atmosphere of the home.
