Appartement Privé was founded by Ines Olaechea and Cyril de La Forest Divonne around a shared belief: architecture and real estate should work together from the very beginning of a project.
Ines brings the ability to read a property before it is transformed — its potential, its value, its positioning, and the life it could hold. Her eye is shaped by architecture, materials, objects, and an international sense of living.
Cyril brings over fifteen years of experience in interior architecture and the technical mastery required to carry each project through to completion. Supported by integrated construction teams, he ensures continuity between design intent, coordination, execution, and final delivery.
